Valéry Vauban-de-Montaudon (VVdM) has always had a strong appreciation for art and cultural heritage. Born into a family of Art collectors in France, Valéry quickly learned to appreciate and acknowledge the elegance of art at a very young age. That interest and passion grew more and more as he began to visit galleries and museums around the world. Seeing the beauty and power of Art, Valéry knew that it would become the centre of his life.

In order to further educate himself in the Arts, Valéry enrolled at an Art Valuation School in Paris. There, he studied Ancient French Art and Western Modern Art, paying special attention to both Modern and Contemporary Art.

Graduating in 1998, he then began to work in various Art galleries, honing his skills not only in distinguishing and recognizing the true greatness of the great artists, but also acquiring expertise in understanding the complexities of 20th Century Artists.

After a few years, Valéry attained the proficiency he needed to achieve his goal – opening his own Gallery ; and so The "VVdM Art Gallery-Collection" was born. Here he could gather and display the works of some of the greatest artists he has collected for years now.

Although Valéry deals in Ancient, Modern and Contemporary Art, his speciality continues to be 20th century original and fine art works on paper by global European Artistic icons such as Picasso, Miro, Buffet, Arman, Vasarely, to name just a few.

Therefore, in order for him to share his passion with you, VVdM has created this website to not only provide you with more personalized professional experience, but to also give you a glimpse into the world of Art through the eyes of this passionate, enthusiastic collector.
